Job Description JOB OBJECTIVE:
Provide advanced support for customers and contractor on instrumentation product we represented. Maintain and Develop service work to an international level.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1. Interact with manufacturer, global technical support, product managers, field and inside sales for any necessary information required
2. Interface with cross functional teamwork application engineer, customer support/services, product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales.
3. Manage manufacturing documentation and information for internal use, and into field service manuals. Ensure technical service documentation and information are up-to-date and readily available.
4. Develop equipment installation and operational qualification test plans and protocols in accordance with design requirements, operational needs, and applicable standards.
5. Participate in new instrument serviceability design reviews.
6. Review technical documentation for content and accuracy.
7. Liaison any technical needs between manufacturer and end user. Provide substantial feedback regarding instrument serviceability and quality.
8. Deliver service and support training any related parties including sales and marketing point of view.
9. Strictly follow Tasatec Quality System outlined for the position.
10. Understands and complies with ethical, legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our business.

OCCASIONAL DUTIES:
1. Assist technician in getting the service procedure done correctly. Help obtain necessary information on product servicing, preventive maintenance, repair and service support.
2. Effectively identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them.
3. Participate in cross-functional teams by providing customer feedback and reporting product related information to help with new product development and marketing campaign activities.
Qualification  1. Background in Electrical / Electronic
 2. Experience in instrument service and field support
 3. Experience with developing and deploying technical service manuals and training programs.
 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with customers and business partner via telephone, email and in person.
 5. Comfortable with giving presentations and speaking in front of audiences with the ability to think quickly to effectively address questions.
 6. Computer literacy. Experience with Internet technology and modern digital media.
 7. Fluent in English.
 8. Experience and knowledge of doing business with international colleagues and customers
Physical Requirement 1. Ability to travel and overnight domestically and internationally, occasional on short notice.
2. Overall vision and health does not restrict ability to wear safety equipment and follow safety guidelines as required.
3. Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
