Glass and Metals Pyrometer
The PSC-44 Series offers fast response speed, high accuracy and repeatability, linear 4-20mA analog output and a digital RS485 interface for glass and metal applications. Temperature ranges from 100ºC to 2500ºC.
44 Series of pyrometers are digital, self-contained, non-contact infrared temperature sensors that offer fast response speed, high accuracy and repeatability, along with a linear 4-20mA analog output and a digital RS485 interface. Included software enables data acquisition and temperature measurement adjustment.
44 Series are versatile performers in glass and solar cell production applications for measurement of glass surfaces and substrate materials. They have also been proven to be equally beneficial in the ceramics and semiconductor industries. The respective response times are 30 and 10 milliseconds. The PSC-T44G and the PSC-T44GH are built for the temperature measurement of glass surfaces, with the PSC-T44GH made for more high-speed applications.
44 series provide laser sighing for pinpointing small targets and are used for higher temperature applications such as induction heating, steel processing, semiconductor, molten glass, composites, ceramics, vacuum applications, etc.
