Description
The AccuMix series of gas mixers are based on the principle of proportional mixing of different gases and are particularly suitable for packaging machines and other industrial applications that use 2 or 3 gases to mix carbon dioxide, oxygen and the inert gases nitrogen and argon. The mixing principle of the AccuMix series is very unique and can be used in all types of packaging machines, such as flush-type modified atmosphere packaging machines and vacuum inflatable packaging machines. The Shanghai Jinchuan gas mixer is very easy to operate and highly accurate – even in situations that would cause problems with most other mixers and affect mixing accuracy, AccuMix can still achieve high mixing accuracy. The mixer simultaneously displays the pressure values of the inlet gas and the output mixed gas. The inlet pressure determines whether the mixer can work properly. AccuMix provides inlet pressure display and alarm to ensure the normal operation of the instrument. AccuMix can optionally output an alarm switch signal to an external controller to terminate the operation of the packaging machine if there is an inlet pressure alarm.
