Our scientists begin by measuring both positive and negative control samples using various recipe parameters. These measurements determine separation between the control groups and establish initial acceptance criteria — forming the foundation for further optimization.
Testing can be conducted either in PTI laboratories or on-site. Each project includes detailed consultation and comprehensive reporting to establish a robust, repeatable method that meets GMP and USP <1207> standards.
After successful development, PTI provides end-to-end method validation, supported by structured validation protocols and clear documentation to ensure consistent, traceable execution in alignment with regulatory expectations.
